A gentle procedure that utilises a sterile surgical blade to remove the superficial layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) to reveal a healthier, smoother & brighter complexion and allow for better absorption of products into the skin.

  • How many treatments will I need?
    Each skin concern varies on the course of treatment required. Although the average course of treatment is approx. 4-6 treatments.
  • Is micro needling painful?
    Due to the advanced engineering of the Exceed micro needling device, the treatment is quick and tolerable. For those with a lower pain threshold, we offer numbing cream as an add on to each session.
  • How often are treatments recommended?
    This depends on your skin concern as each concern is treated at different intervals. On average a treatment is done every 6-8 weeks.
  • What is the downtime with micro needling?
    Immediately post your micro needling treatment your skin will have redness and may feel sensitive. Depending on your skin’s healing ability and the depth of the treatment, redness may last anywhere between 12-72 hours. Skin tightness and mild flaking may occur on day 3-5. We include a sterile Epi Nouvelle hydrating sheet mask during treatment which drastically reduces redness, providing a calming and soothing effect to the skin.
