POLICIES
All bookings will require a deposit upon booking to secure the appointment. This is fully redeemable towards treatments or products.
Online bookings are not confirmed until deposit has been successfully paid.
CANCELLATIONS
We value each and every one of our clients and their time - therefore we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.
Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your total treatment cost will be charged.
Rescheduling before 48 hours: The deposit will be credited towards the new appointment date. One reschedule is allowed before deposit gets charged as a cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS
No shows will not be tolerated. Any no show appointments will result in 100% of the total treatment fee being charged and unfortunately be blocked from being able to rebook a future appointment.
LATE
Running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in your treatment being automatically cancelled and 50% of the total treatment cost being charged as a late fee.
TREATMENT PACKAGES
All purchased packages have a 12 month expiry period- unless otherwise discussed with management. No packages are able to be used past an expiry date. Expiry dates will be discussed at time of purchase.
