FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150 AUD.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days. Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday-Friday will be dispatched same day.

For orders under $150 shipping costs are $11 AUD Standard & $15 AUD Express.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at time of ordering. 

Skin Studio by Mel holds no accountability for any invalid or incomplete addresses. 

We hold no responsibility for any delivery issues once your order is with Australia Post. You will receive an email with a confirmed tracking number from Australia Post once orders are fulfilled.

Skin Studio by Mel does not accept any refunds of products & treatment packages due to a change of mind. 

Should there be an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to resolve. Under management discretion, credits or refunds will only be issued by a case per case basis. 

Should you receive your products incorrectly or damaged, please contact us directly within 48 hours to be issued a refund or replacement.
